The Sunshine Coast Royal Agricultural Show certainly highlighted the best of our local agricultural produce and talent.
The main arena had plenty of entertainment with equine events held daily. One of the show champions being a ‘Glint of Gold’, which certainly reflected the quality of all of the entries throughout the three-day event.
Organisers placed emphasis on animal health and welfare and encouraged youth to engage in caring for our environment. With these core values at its heart, the annual show is certainly poised to encourage future generations to become responsible caretakers for our local region.
The Sunshine Coast Crime Prevention Unit was also on hand to support this local event with information available on a range of crime prevention issues including cyber security and road rule refreshers. Tagging tots was also an invaluable service helping to reunite lost parents with their young show enthusiast.
